Overview

This consult is for an initial batch of illustrations for a large scale project. If you have a board game, illustrated book, or other project that involves many illustrations, this will give you a sense of the cost for the full project based on a slice of development.

What You Get

Five Hours of Illustration Work

You will choose a section or bite-sized chunk of your project and provide any relevant information, and Ashley will spend five hours completing the assignment.

Sketch Phase

One revision is built into the project at the sketch phase. Ashley will deliver an initial rough draft of the final work for the client to review. Structural and composition changes can be made at this time before the artwork is finalized upon request.

Final Phase

One more round of revision is included in the final stage of the design. Color, shading, and minor structural alterations can be made at this time upon request.

Usage Rights

If the exploratory consult does not move forward with the full project, the client will be granted non-exclusive license to distribute, reproduce, and adapt the works created as they see fit, and Ashley retains the right to use the images created for the exploratory consult for any purpose.

If the exploratory consult moves forward with completing the full project, the rights and usage of the initial consult will be addressed when the full scope of work contract is established.
